Application for academic leave or a period of absence that can be taken by students who for some reason cannot actively participate in lecture (academic) activities:
Students have not made payment of the Basic Education Development Contribution / Single Tuition Fee Stage 1 in the latest semester when applying for academic leave;
During your time as a student, academic leave can only be taken for a maximum of 4 semesters, not consecutively, and leave applications are made at the start of the new semester;
Academic leave can be given to students who have attended lectures for a minimum of semester 2, except for students who are sick and/or hospitalized and for other reasons that can be justified by the student concerned, with the approval of the Postgraduate Director/Dean;
Academic leave applications must be BEFORE the Mid-Semester Exam;
In accordance with the Rector Decree number : 0759/UIR/KPTS/2021, Students who apply for academic leave will be charged a fee of IDR 500,000 for one academic leave application;
During academic leave or a hiatus period, the student is exempt from paying the Basic Education Development Contribution/Single Tuition Fee Stage 1 and Semester Credit Unit Payment/Single Tuition Fee Stage 2, and is not permitted to participate in academic activities or other activities.
