Below are the regulations and procedures for applying for data changes in PDDikti / SIKAD:

1. Data changes in PDDikti and SIKAD must follow the data stated on the National Identity Card;
2. If you wish to make any data changes, you must first ensure that the following information is consistent across your National Identity Card, Family Card, Diploma, and Birth Certificate: “Name, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, and Mother’s Maiden Name”.
3. Prepare the following required documents:
   a) National Identity Card;
   b) Family Card;
   c) Birth Certificate;
   d) Academic Transcript from SIKAD (if you are still an active student at Universitas Islam Riau)
   e) Senior High School Diploma or equivalent (if you are still an active student at UIR)
   f) Diploma and Academic Transcript (if you are already a UIR alumnus/alumna);
4. All documents must be scanned in color (original documents), in PDF format, with a maximum file size of 500 KB each (scanning using a mobile phone is not recommended)

2. Wait until the data change process has been completed. The estimated processing time for data updates in PDDikti cannot be determined, as the changes are processed by the Central Higher Education (Dikti) Operator in Jakarta. Therefore, please wait patiently.
3. You may independently and periodically check the status by accessing the PDDikti website.
